🔍 My Thoughts on the New SharePoint Knowledge Agent

The Microsoft 365 world has been abuzz since the announcement of the new SharePoint Knowledge Agent just a week ago. I haven’t had the time to test it yet, but from what I’ve been reading, this might be one of the biggest transformations for SharePoint — and for end users — that I’ve seen in my entire career working with the platform.

It’s exciting, but it also raises big questions: where does this leave consultants and experts like us? How much of design and information architecture should be in the hands of end users? Those are the questions I’ll be digging into from my perspective, and I’ll be sharing more in a full blog post in the coming weeks.
