💡 Tip of the Week
If you’re starting metadata, don’t create 25 columns on day one. Start with the minimum useful set:
Document Type, Department/Function, Status, Owner, and a simple Topic/Category.
Your goal is consistency first — you can always expand later.
🎁 Freebie of the Week
The Collaboration Guide is a simple “where do I save this?” decision helper for OneDrive vs Teams vs SharePoint —
with real scenarios (draft → collaborate → publish).
🍸 Weekly Pop Culture Moment
End of year energy is officially here, which means I’m leaning fully into my inner Miranda Priestly.
If your SharePoint is organised and Copilot-ready… that’s all.
