This Week is All About Collaboration in Microsoft 365 💬

If your team is still emailing attachments, losing track of “final” versions, or guessing where to save files, this week’s issue is for you.

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

  • Freebie of the Week: a sample set of Microsoft 365 Collaboration Workflow Cards to help your team pick the right tool, first time.
  • New collaboration content: this week’s blog posts and resources on working smarter with Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Microsoft 365 end-user updates: quick changes in Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Loop that actually impact your day-to-day work.
  • Tip of the Week: the fastest way to get targeted feedback using @mentions in Comments.
  • Pop culture closer: a little nod to the new Devil Wears Prada 2 trailer, because even your digital workspace deserves a glow-up.

Grab your coffee, scroll on, and start fixing the collaboration chaos one small change at a time.

💡 Tip of the Week

Need someone’s attention on a document?
Use @mentions in Comments, not chat.
It takes them straight to the exact spot where you need feedback — no hunting, no guessing, no back-and-forth.

What’s Coming Next in the Workflow Card Series

I’m building an entire suite of workflow decks to help you simplify Microsoft 365, one category at a time. Here’s what’s launching throughout the next seven weeks:

  • ✅ Collaboration Deck (available now)
  • Coming Week 2: Sharing & Permissions Deck
  • Coming Week 3: Organisation & Metadata Deck
  • Coming Week 4: Teams & Meetings Deck
  • Coming Week 5: Document Lifecycle Deck
  • Coming Week 6: Productivity & Workflows Deck
  • Coming Week 7: Navigation & Access Deck

Each deck follows the same visual workflow format — simple, practical, and designed to help your team work smarter across Microsoft 365.

This Week in Microsoft 365: Quick End-User Updates

1. Teams: “Mark All as Read” (finally)

You can now clear all unread channel activity in one click. This makes it much easier to reduce Teams noise and get back to focused work.

2. Loop: Live typing indicators

Loop components in Teams and Outlook now show who’s typing in real time. Co-authoring feels smoother and it’s easier to avoid overwriting each other’s updates.

3. Teams: “Meet Now” has changed

The old Meet Now button is being replaced with a lighter, quicker instant meeting experience. Same purpose, cleaner and faster join flow.

4. OneDrive: Cleaner, faster previews

PDFs, images and videos now load faster and look sharper in OneDrive. Great for anyone reviewing shared documents or creative assets on the fly.

5. Outlook: Faster, more accurate search

The New Outlook has improved search. You should see quicker results, better people matching and fewer “missing” emails when you search.

✨ Ending this week with a little pop culture moment…

“New Devil Wears Prada 2 trailer: approved.
Your file naming conventions: pending review.
Until then… ‘That’s all.’

A perfect reminder that even in the digital world, a little structure goes a long way — and Miranda would never tolerate a messy library.
