💡 Quick Tip of the Week: “Pin to Quick Access” in File Explorer

Stop wasting time digging through folders. You can pin your most-used SharePoint and OneDrive folders straight into File Explorer’s sidebar for one-click access.

1. Open your OneDrive or synced SharePoint library in File Explorer.
2. Right-click the folder you use often.
3. Select Pin to Quick Access.
4. It now stays fixed in the sidebar under “Quick Access” for fast navigation.

Why it’s great: Your top libraries are always visible—no more endless scrolling or remembering which site they came from.
Pro Tip: Combine this with “Add shortcut to OneDrive” for an even cleaner setup across devices.
