Hi, It has been a while since I sent a proper update. Mainly because my website decided it couldn’t handle attention and kept crashing under pressure — not unlike some SharePoint environments I’ve seen. So I rebuilt it. It should now hold up properly, which means I can get back to what I actually enjoy — writing, explaining, and helping people make sense of SharePoint without the fluff. And the timing couldn’t be better, because SharePoint has officially entered its AI era. 🗺️ Updated free download The M365 Map has had an upgradeI’ve updated the M365 Map — and if you downloaded the original, this version is worth grabbing. It now includes two bonus sections: 8 Red Flags Your M365 Is Already Broken and 5 Real Situations with Exact Answers. Same plain-English style. Just more of it. 📚 Rebuilt resource The Microsoft 365 Knowledge Base is backI’ve also rebuilt the comprehensive Microsoft 365 Knowledge Base on the site. This is where you’ll find plain-English guidance across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Lists and the broader Microsoft 365 toolkit. It also links back to the workflow cards, so you can move from “what does this app do?” into practical, real-world ways to use Microsoft 365 without turning your workday into a scavenger hunt. 🛍️ Resource hub Everything now lives in the HubI’ve cleaned up old products, retired pages, broken links, and random bits of digital chaos across the site.
